25 high knees (jump and tuck your knees)
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 pushups
7 squats
10 crunches
7burpees
25 high knees
5 pushups
30 jumping jacks
1 minute wall sit

repeat 3 times!

  2. Im not sure how to do this. So I will just start from what we did on thursday during U-hour.
    Thursday Nov. 17:
    1 lap warm up
    1 mile loop at up beat pace
    15 push ups
    50 crunches
    plank 45 seconds
    sit & hold 45 seconds
    repeat x3
    Sprints up the ramp x4

    Friday November 18:
    8 mile run with 4 miles of up hill 1hr 18 min.
