Welcome!

Hi girls~

Drum roll please....... The workout blog is finally here! I will be posting workouts here on a regular basis to get everyone ready for the spring season and to kick some butt!!

How its going to work is that whenever a new workout is posted, you all will leave a comment in the comment section with either the total time it took to complete it, or how many rounds completed or weights etc etc etc. (I'll make sure to say what you need to comment with). MAKE SURE TO DO ALL THE WORKOUTS! Everyone should have access to a gym since there is one at school for free :)

So with that, see you all at practice!
